Upon receipt of payment for any order placed it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions as set out below.

Product images, representation

The actual product delivered may be subject to variations in appearance, as product packaging may differ over time. It remains the responsibility of the client to ensure that the product ordered is correct and the product description and/or model number will always overrule any related images when resolving a dispute regarding a product.

Product pricing and availability

The Products advertised on the website are subject to availability and will be delivered within the Republic of South Africa only, within the areas as determined by iParts SA. It remains the responsibility of the client to ensure the delivery address, including suburb and postal code, is correct.

iParts SA reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the pricing or specifications of products and services offered on this Website without incurring any liability whatsoever.

iParts SA cannot guarantee the availability of stock but will endeavor to source stock where possible to fulfill any order. Where items cannot be delivered, iParts SA will contact the client based on the information provided at registration and offer either the option to cancel the order or reduce the quantities, where applicable. If we are unable to supply each and every item ordered or in the quantities ordered and cannot contact the client nevertheless agrees to accept delivery and make payment for the items correctly supplied.

Obvious Errors

We regret that no order will be accepted if we identify an inadvertent and obvious error in the prices of products or services or the description of any of our products or services on the Website.

Products and Services

The use of any products or services bought from iParts SA is at the purchaser’s own risk. The purchaser/end-user indemnifies and holds iParts SA harmless and not accountable for any loss, injury, or damages that may be sustained as a result of using the products or services sold by iParts SA.


Our delivery times are within 3 working days for main city centers and within 5 working days for outlying areas. iParts SA delivers from Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 17h00, we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or any South African public holiday.

Main Centres

Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and East London can expect delivery within 3 working days.

Outlying Areas

Expect delivery within 5 working days.

 a day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

iParts SA endeavors to deliver on time as promised, we are however unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame as we depend on third-party courier services.

Deliveries fees will be calculated and quoted depending on the delivery address provided when placing the order.

It is the client’s responsibility to arrange that you or your authorized representative, who is a responsible person, is available to accept your purchases at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available.

On delivery, we will require the client or an authorized representative to sign and confirm receipt.

All deliveries are outsourced and as such, we cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the courier.

It is the responsibility of the client to arrange the appropriate insurance for the items ordered while in transit and prior to delivery.

In the rare and unlikely circumstance that the item ordered has a defect or is missing from the order please contact client services  immediately on dillon@ipartssa.co.za

Confirmation of order

Once an order is dispatched an email to confirm tracking details will be sent.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a note instructing on either re-delivery or collection from the courier.

Any delivery is subject to acts that are beyond the control of iParts SA due to force majeure including (but not limited to) the inability to secure labor, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labor disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation.

Refund Policy

In the event that a product ordered from iParts SA is out of stock, you shall be entitled either to cancel the order and be fully refunded or to maintain the sale subject to a later delivery date as agreed upon. If the product is found to be faulty within 3 months of ordering, the product can be returned for a refund, unless the product is a battery and has been through load-shedding as there are documented cases that load-shedding has reduced battery performance and even damaged batteries that have been installed and not handled correctly during outages.

Defective product

Please note that the following issues/problems will NOT render the product Defective as aforesaid and will not entitle you to any repair, replacement or refund:

Faults resulting from normal wear and tear, and/or load-shedding;

Where the purchaser or anyone unauthorized by iParts SA to do so has altered, repaired, or damaged the product.

Delivery of any product that is visibly damaged and such damage is only discovered after the courier has completed delivery must be reported to iParts SA within 48 hours, if not reported within 48 hours, it is reasonable for iParts SA or its suppliers to determine that the damage was caused post-delivery;

Non-defective Products

Products that are NOT defective, open, expired, damaged, or unsuitable as discussed above, but which you want to return for whatever reason, can be returned within 7 days from delivery, as explained above under ‘Non-Defective Products’ by following the returns procedure set out in ‘Arranging Returns’ below.

Note: If you wish to return any non-defective product delivered to you for a refund as aforesaid, please do not open the product or remove the product from its original packaging and/or use or wear the product.  iParts SA may hold you liable for any damage you cause to the product (including its packaging) while in your possession.

Incorrect Product

If the incorrect product is mistakenly delivered, please do not remove the Product from its original packaging, or open or use it in any way. Please promptly contact iParts SA at 083 585 2222 to notify us thereof, whereafter we will collect the product from you and arrange delivery of the correct product without delay.

 Arranging Returns

If you want to return a product you have purchased from iParts SA for any reason permitted under this Refund Policy, you must in all instances first inform us of the reason for your return by emailing: dillon@ipartssa.co.za

The product package must comply with the following:

The product is packaged in a protected manner;

Except where being returned due to being Defective, the Product is still in its original packaging, together with all its documentation (if any), and in perfect condition for the purposes of resale i.e. the product must not be damaged, scratched, or soiled.

iParts SA will not accept the return of any products which do not follow the above guidelines and the goods may be sent back to you at your expense.

Products and packaging must be treated with reasonable care while in your possession.  You may be liable for any damage you cause to a product (including its packaging) while in your possession.

Processing of refunds

Should you be entitled to a refund for any reason, such refund shall –

  1. a) A credit will be issued, you have the right to request that the funds be refunded into your bank account, being the bank originally used to pay for the goods.  iParts SA will not, in any instance, pay funds into a third-party bank account.

As refunds need to be processed Product please note that the processing of refunds can take up to 5 working days from the approval date.
